One of our latest finished projects is the Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel  – holder of the yearly “Best Balneo and Spa Hotel” award. It is located in one of Bulgaria’s most beautiful regions – between the Rila, Pirin and Rhodope mountains and next to the largest ski resort in the Balkan peninsula – Bansko. The hotel is only an hour and a half away from Sofia and is open year-round. In the immediate vicinity of the outdoor mineral pool we built 3 eco houses, made entirely of wood.

Each guest of the hotel can purchase freshly picked seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as fresh eggs layed by our happy chickens. We also breed the most beautiful curly fur Hungarian Mangalica pigs – very impressive, but also charming creatures. Until recently they were endangered and we took it upon ourselves to restore this breed’s place in Bulgaria’s animal husbandry traditions.

We created an ecological farm for the guests of our hotel – the Adrian’s Meadows Farm, where with a lot of love and attention, using old Bulgarian traditional methods, we produce fruits, vegetables, spices and honey.

From delicious home-made pancakes to salmon and shrimp garnished with saffron risotto – in the Kameno restaurant you will enjoy organic food, skillfully prepared by our master chefs. We offer traditional Bulgarian dishes and impressive culinary temptations of European cuisine. The restaurant is the ideal place for corporate events, private parties and formal receptions.

A rich selection of cigars and quality drinks, homemade desserts and a collection of teas. Hot Springs Lobby Bar – a place to relax, meet and have a casual conversation. For the convenience of parents, the children’s playground is next to the Kameno Restaurant and the Lobby Bar.

Our unique spa makes an impression on each guest of the hotel with three different Finnish saunas, Turkish hammam, salt room, steam bath, tepidarium, laconium, salt room, contrasting pools and various relaxation areas. It was designed by a world-famous English company.

In addition to the numerous areas, the spa center has amazing panoramic views and is adjacent to our mineral swimming pools (each with a length of about 25m and a water temperature between 32-36ºC).

An innovative concept
Next to the Spa and Wellness area and next to the pools and balneology, we created the Olives Spa Restaurant. Unlike the other restaurants, the dress code requirements are swimsuits, towels and bathrobes, so as not to waste valuable spa time in changing for a formal lunch.

We have expanded the provision of medical services in the field of personalized treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of diseases and post-traumatic and postoperative conditions of the musculoskeletal system, peripheral nervous system and upper respiratory tract. We created a Medical Center at the hotel complex and equipped it with the latest high-tech devices. The team of orthopedists, physiotherapists and physiotherapists prepare individual programs for modern rehabilitation.

Just ten minutes away from the hotel is the gondola lift in Bansko – the largest ski resort in the Balkans!
The ski room of Hot Springs Medical & Spa Hotel is equipped with special heaters so that all ski equipment would be dry and ready for use in the morning. The hot mineral pools, thermal areas, spa and balneotherapy are a perfect ending to every winter day and an excellent combination to recover for the next day of snowy adventures.
Equipped with the latest generation of German equipment for cardio and strength training, the fitness center of the hotel is spacious, fresh and built near the spa and wellness area. Bicycle rental and professional indoor, floodlit and heated tennis courts are also available to hotel guests during the cold months.
